One reason for not being able to find the one for you is because of work. Because of your dedication to your work, you tend to stay at the office and in front of your desk more than you have to. Yes, your managers want more output from you but consider yourselves also. If you have time for work then you definitely should have more time for yourself and for meeting other people.
Living in a small city is a disadvantage if you are looking for love. There are less people residing in the area and half of them are either married or too old for you. Chances of you meeting someone there is very minimal. So it might be best to make use of your free time to hang out with friends, go out and try to socialize with other people.
Another reason may be that you lack that certain excitement of your life. You had been used to doing the same thing repeatedly and you're comfortable with it. If you think that some guy will just knock on your door to ask you our then you are mistaken. You have to go out! To wrap it up, enjoy your life while you still can. When you grow older, you will have all the time to sit for many hours a day but now that you are still young, go out and have fun.
